Liquid Peace:

These paintings are experiential documents of southeastern waterscapes. They are inspired by adventures into southern backwaters traveling by kayak and canoe or by hiking. Featured in the collection are paintings created using reference collected while investigating remote passages along the rivers of Florida and Georgia, their sources and their tributaries. This series is dedicated to the concept that clean water is the life-blood of the human race. There is a general consensus that the next great war will be fought over access to clean water. Promoting clean, available water is a pathway to peace.
